I am a Digital Marketing Consultant, working from home, consulting businesses across the globe.
The story begins.
Since I work with clients across the globe, there are times when I had to stay up late night to take calls from clients that are in a different time zone. Sometimes the time difference was 12 hrs and sometimes even more. I went to bed around 3 am and it became natural.
Even after going to bed at 3 am, I couldn’t catch sleep before 5 am.
I was insomniac.
While staying up late night was one of the reasons for not getting good sleep, there were some other factors as well that destroyed the quality of my sleep. And bedding was the major culprit, mainly pillows and the mattress.
One day I would wake up with neck pain, the other day with a sore back. This continued and I wasn’t liking it at all. I am a combination sleeper and tried lots of pillow without any success.
But the good news is that I have recovered and managed to get adequate sleep that makes me live a healthy life and stay productive during the day.

This is the main motivation behind creating this blog where I share my personal sleep experiences and how I came over those problems. While I am always sharing tips and tricks that will help you improve your sleep patterns, I urge you to seriously look into your pillows and the mattress you sleep on.
